A. Customer Information on the Conclusion of Distance Contracts
The following information serves to fulfill our legal obligation to provide information for distance contracts and electronic commerce.

2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The Customer can select products from the assortment and collect them via the button "Add" in a so-called shopping cart. By clicking the button "Buy now" you make a binding offer to us to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before sending the order, the Customer can change and view the data at any time. The Seller then sends the Customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and which can be printed out using the "Print" function. The order confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. In case of payment by credit card, the purchase contract is only concluded with the sending of a separate e-mail with an order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.
(2) The text of the contract will be saved by the Seller and sent to the Customer together with the legally binding GTC by e-mail after conclusion of the contract.

3. Delivery and Delivery Reservation
(1) The start of the delivery period shall be determined (depending on the selected payment method) in accordance with paras. 2 to 4.
(2) For payment by debit and credit card, the period begins one day after the order.
(3) For deliveries outside Germany, the following delivery times apply:

(4) If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline shall be postponed to the following working day.
(5) The shipment is made exclusively to the countries specified in the overview "Shipping & Payment" and under the restrictions or delivery methods specified in the overview "Shipping & Payment".
(6) The delivery is subject to proper self-delivery.

4. Purchase Price and Shipping Costs
(1) The prices stated are total prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Temporary special offers or discounts are shown as such in the context of the presentation of the individual goods on our website.
(2) We invoice our delivery and shipping costs in addition to the stated total prices of the respective goods. Please refer to the overview "Shipping & Payment" for the respective shipping costs.
(3) Otherwise, the Customer will not incur any additional costs when ordering by using the means of distance communication.

5. Payment Modalities and the Costs of the Means of Payment
(1) The Customer can make payment by credit card.
(2) The costs, if any, of the selected payment method are displayed in the virtual shopping cart and in the "Shipping & Payment" overview.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Model Withdrawal Form
a) Right of withdrawal for consumers for distance contracts/contracts concluded in the online shop
Consumers - i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity - may revoke their contractual declaration in the case of contracts against payment under the following conditions:
aa) In the case of a contract for one or more goods capable of being sent by parcel post, which reach the Consumer in a single delivery, which are delivered separately or which are delivered to the Consumer in several partial consignments or pieces:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - CHIC Business LTD, Business Center "Bee Garden", 173 Prilep Street, 3rd Floor, Office 30, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, e-mail: shopping(at)chic.biz - by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In addition, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by letter sent by post or by e-mail. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

7. Warranty Conditions
The Customer is entitled to a statutory warranty right, which is modified according to sections 8 and 9 of the GTC.

8. Note on Battery Law
Batteries are included in the scope of delivery of many devices. Batteries or rechargeable batteries may also be permanently installed in the devices themselves. In connection with the sale of these batteries or accumulators or in connection with the delivery of devices containing batteries or accumulators, we are obliged as a dealer under the Battery Act to inform our customers of the following:
Rechargeable batteries and batteries do not belong in household waste. Disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited by the Battery Act. As the end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. Please dispose of used batteries or rechargeable batteries at a municipal collection point or hand them in at the respective local sales outlet free of charge. Batteries or rechargeable batteries received from us can be returned to us free of charge after use at the address below or sent back to us by mail. In any case, we will refund the postage for the return of your used battery.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can.
= Battery must not be disposed of in household waste
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 mass percent lead
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 mass percent cadmium
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 mass percent mercury
You will also find these instructions once again in the documents accompanying the goods shipment or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
9. Note on the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
Waste equipment containing harmful substances is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can, similar to the symbol in the illustration:
We must take back old equipment of the same type that fulfills essentially the same functions as the new equipment free of charge when we sell a new electrical or electronic device to an end user.
We are obliged to take back free of charge any old appliances that are not larger than 25 centimeters in any external dimension in quantities customary for households; the take-back is not linked to the purchase of an electrical or electronic appliance from us.
You can return these devices to us free of charge by sending them back to us by mail:

If you want us to take back an old device from you, please send us an e-mail with your request to shopping(at)chic.biz. After receipt of your e-mail we will send you instructions for the return etc.. Of course, you can still hand in an old device at one of the municipal collection points, which is also free of charge for end consumers.
The disposal of old devices containing harmful substances in household waste is expressly prohibited!
Before handing over the equipment, batteries or accumulators are to be removed, if this is possible. Batteries and accumulators must be removed in such a way that they are not damaged and can be identified after removal. Old devices often contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology devices such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the old devices to be disposed of.
B. Additional Customer Information on the Electronic Conclusion of Contracts

1. How does the online contract conclusion with us work?
When you have found a product in our webshop that meets your requirements, click on the "Add" button. The item will then be placed in your shopping cart and the contents of the cart will be displayed in an overview. In this shopping cart overview, you can enter the desired number of pieces of the respective item in the "Quantity" field.
When you are on the page with the detailed description of a product, you can already specify the quantity of the item to be purchased in the field located to the left of the "Add to cart" button.
Once you have placed products in the shopping cart, you can open the above-mentioned shopping cart overview by clicking on the icon of a shopping cart in the upper menu bar. There you can remove products from the shopping cart or change their quantity.
If you want to remove an item from the shopping cart, click the "Remove" input field within the shopping cart overview or enter the number "0" in the "Quantity" field.
By pressing the button "Proceed to Checkout" you can immediately initiate the ordering process with regard to the items in the shopping cart.
After pressing the button "Continue to Checkout" a page opens in the page where the Customer can enter their delivery address and payment information.
Furthermore, you can view our detailed Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and our General Terms and Conditions at this point.
Read the Cancellation Policy and the General Terms and Conditions carefully and then confirm the input fields "I have taken note of the cancellation right and the model cancellation form", "I have taken note of the Privacy Policy" and "I accept your General Terms and Conditions" by placing a check mark in the corresponding input field. Only if you confirm that you have taken note of the right of withdrawal and accept the validity of the General Terms and Conditions can you continue the order.
Finally, your order will be displayed.
Please check all information carefully. You can edit the data entered during the ordering process using the "Back" function of your internet browser.
If all information is correct, click on "Buy now" to complete the entire ordering process.
We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by e-mail.

2. Storage of the contract text and access for the customer
We store your order data and send them to you in the access confirmation by e-mail. You will receive our GTC by e-mail at the latest after conclusion of the contract.
3. Input errors
You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by using the "Back" button in your browser, which is marked with an arrow pointing to the left, and then making the corresponding change. You can change the desired number of items by changing the number in the "Quantity" field in the shopping cart.
By closing the Internet browser, you can cancel the entire ordering process at any time.
4. Contract language
You can conclude contracts with us in German and English.
